During your Invisalign consultation with Dr. Morency it can best be determined if this particular solution is ideal for your smile.

Obtaining Optimal Alignment

Invisalign treatment is completed with a series of clear plastic aligner trays. Each set of aligner trays is carefully based on your individual treatment plan and set to gently move your teeth closer to their optimal alignment.

When worn as directed, your teeth will be ready for a new set of aligners approximately every two weeks. These are obtained by visiting our office about every six weeks. We monitor your progress and ensure that your teeth are realigning as planned.

Invisalign vs. Braces

Braces use a system of brackets and wires. Alignment is achieved with braces by gradual tightening of the wires which pull on the brackets to move teeth into the correct position. This process can be incredibly uncomfortable and completion of treatment may take two to three years.

With Invisalign, teeth are gently pushed into proper alignment with customized aligner trays. This method has been shown to decrease discomfort and shorten treatment time, particularly in adult mouths. Moreover, Invsalign’s soft plastic aligner trays will not irritate sensitive oral tissue and can be removed for eating and teeth cleaning, helping protect your comfort during the entire treatment period.

At Fantastic Smiles we offer Invisalign, Invisalign Express®, and Invisalign Teen®. Which solution is best for you will be based on your specific needs and can be discussed in more detail during your initial consultation.
